Wordpress API URL

I have been playing with ScribeFire… Simply a better way to blog straight from Firefox via an addon/plugin (you will be amazed)!

If your setting up a service that allows you to blog (to your Wordpress Blog) from another platform… Like Youtube.com or Scribefire.com you are going to need your Wordpress API URL.

It will be something like…
http://yourblog.com/blog/xmlrpc.php
http://yourblog.com/xmlrpc.php
http://blog.yourblog.com/xmlrpc.php

But first you have to allow access from inside Wordpress

• Log-in
• Settings/Writing
• Remote Publishing section
• Check XML-RPC
• Save

To post to WordPress from a desktop blogging client or remote website that uses the Atom Publishing Protocol or one of the XML-RPC publishing interfaces you must enable them below.
