My original plan here at 1to1million was to create a blog, sharing my attempts to make money online and yes I started with one US Dollar.
As I trawl through the cesspit of scams, unrealistic promises and short term tactics I document what actually works for my own reference and you get to see what might work for you with all the Bull Shit removed.
A Little About My Background
I have a long history in directing, producing and marketing for the entertainment industry. When I was teenager I created a visual comedy stage show and headed out on what became a seven year journey across every corner of the vast landscape that is Australia.
I went on to manage 3 successful businesses and eventually took a change of direction when I accepted an offer I couldn’t refuse to become a Marketing Manager and set up a online store for an large audio visual company in Melbourne, Australia.
Fast forward to 2005… I created a hobby website with a 500 daily visitors and starting directing my attention towards making it profitable.
My World Goes To the Dogs
At the end of 2006 my professional career went pear shaped when a weird arse’d genetic condition turned into a full blow handicap that has now permanently restricted my ability to work in the conventional methods of a day job. Leaving me in a situation where I need complete flexibility as to when, where and how I earn an income.
I decided to devote 3 years, full-time, to the hands-on research and evaluation of every single way to make money online:
- Surveys, Paid to click, Adsense, Affiliate marketing, Multi-level-marketing, Blogging, Niche Sites, Email Marketing, Freelancing, Web Development Services, SEO, Consulting and Writing Ebooks.
Where are We Now
After 2 and half years of research, ebooks, courses and learning curves, a light began to turn on… I had tried the easy way, the fast way, the free way but eventually I began to slow down and try some more long term strategies, then one day everything gelled. I realized that there were only 10 ways to make money online, 10 ways that are actually viable.
Only 10 ways to turn one dollar into a million dollar business.
Via a free opt-in email list and this blog I aim to offer complete transparency without all the hype.
I will be exposing my greatest successes.
You get to see every single scratch I mark in the dirt.
You get to discover which of those scratches begin to run and which of these runs become streams.
I will disclose how I turn these streams into rivers and what has worked best of all.
I will work consistently towards a grand plan to eventually bring in a torrential flood by redirecting traffic from sites like Youtube using my visual theater skills. It should be a fun ride, I hope you can stick around.
I still have a lot of time available for this project and I am still studying and working at this 8 hours a day.
